The third part is to see that due to the principal areas in and around Puri town and the adjacent to Petrol pump whether it is permissible to open ultrasound here due to radiation factor as all these needs to be estimated and attended properly.

Train hits auto

Train hits auto killing thirteen on the spot. In a most sad occurrences , 12 farm labourers and the auto driver smashed into death after being crushed through by intercity Rourkela to Bhubaneswar at Khairpali , at the not guarded level crossing , six kilometres from Smabalpur town. !2 dies immediately after accident and one succumb to injury at the hospital. They have been taken to Burla , all those killed are from the same village. The auto rickshaw was carrying the laborers from one village and it suddenly cross the level crossing which is unmanned and the superfast intercity is running just from outside of a prominent city of Odisha Smabalpur and while the ladies shouted not to cross now but the auto driver not hearing their voices just gone for crossing and this time his perceptions of time is solely incorrect. What is more worse to this incident is that the train is coming at a very high speed and it dragged the auto rickshaw for 800 more meters on the track leaving almost all dead at the spot. It is a possibility that the driver could not see the auto is dragging due to the small height of auto and for this sole reason it has been dragged for more than eight hundred meters. After the incident the locals block the track for some hours and demand compensates for the victims but in reality it is the fault for the auto driver and he should not have crossed the track at all. The accident delayed the movement of some trains and then after few hours the railway authorities assured the victims relatives that there will be some sort of mechanisms to give them the compensation and then the agitations disperse from the scenes.

The rain is back at Puri

It is been estimated that here at Puri the rain and the monsoon are of god quality and it is normal. After four to five days fo no rain no here at three pm it is pouring again. Now the rain is beginning to pick up in its usual shelf and it s great to see it and observe the natural tenacity of it as the puttering sound of it is making some wonderful feeling with the advent of rain and coolness it seems that we are all at it again. While writing this the rain is getting its speed and the mere sound of it is sensing this. For the last two to three days and especially in the last day the heat is at its peak as if it seems that the air just stops and the entire atmosphere is getting into something unknown territory. It seems as if the coolness is back and it is also true here when the cold comes it is like a hill station and the real feeling of it is simply understanding and wonderful. The fantastic feeling of the rain is noteworthy and with due course of time it is peaking up and getting into the whole thought process and the entire process is being in corroborated in to something other thoughts that cannot be attained and attained. The water logging problem is bound to happen and this part of the town is bound by water logging still the longing of the rain is always desirable as it brings the coolness and the beauty of nature changes here suddenly. There is the huge sound of the sense of rain and it feels as if it will gain the momentum as the first shower starts slowly due to its formations and the cloud movement and then it gains the much required and desired speed and it is feeling like something at some other places.  Now after a quite a while more sound and more highly audible sound and it shows that the rain is now more and more intense and this is really a fascinating story. These are some of the wonderful happening with rain.

After a good day food, I just want to take some rest and for this reason I started to write some times back which is later than the previous time. Now I am writing one article for this blog after waking up in the morning and watch some glimpse of the first test between India and News land with some good batting by Pujara his maiden century , good fifties by kohli and dhoni and later on a good 37 by Aswhin the tail hander and India managed a good score . In between the rain is at its peak and it is a sheer wonderful to see and experience the sound of rain. 

Delaying morning walks

Morning walks is always preferable due to the principal part is that it is of surpassing and brilliant exercise to work out for that can have supplement to all the essential ingredients that will turn you on every time and which of the work your will be doing and aiming at. It is the sheer joy and happiness and if it is closed for a day then it feels as if not being doing for some days and it is this attitude and essential part of this that is making it more and more stipulated and also humorous to attend. Plenty of thoughts to food

In this month of August the rain is pouring in with huge numbers and the entire area is dripping with water. The main hospital area probably the lowest are in Puri town is filled with water till the statue of Biju Pattnaik. The Hera Gohiri sahi is filled with water and it is almost not possible to go through it as there are chances that the current may touch the water and you can be electrified. If you are in between the water it is always better not to go with it , just get over to any of the verandah as the experience can be of horrifying. One calf is alone and probably due to rain it has been separated form its mother and it is searching for mother but not to be found a terrifying seen to be experienced. That calf is running with us and seems to say that please search for its mother. One nearby cow saw it but never answered just looking the calf running here and there.  That is why these male calves after becoming adult bull become more aggressive. It is the tendency of the people who have cows is to send the male calf away once it become adult and that is making the life worse of ordinary citizens who tend to go here and there.  In this way all the male calves, from the child hood been detached form their mother have to be rude and then many a times they attack people and others. Is it duty of the people to keep the calves, not to send to field? People should be attentive to this fact and should obey these laws so much so that you should not be any disturbances here and there. These are the plenty of thoughts to food.

Never satisfied

It is been already late and I have to do the work more and more and at great speed to reach to that conclusion and also there are plenty of revisions to be done and this all to be finished on or before the end of the day. Opened the book and then sleep half on the bed to read the summary and then grasp all the subjects inherent within these. Three more books to be finished in the mean time and for this al the relevant books have been with me and in order not to forget all about these I keep it on my right side so that I can recall all these. I am feeling sleepy and for this within specified time I smiled back to me so that I could feel more and more rejuvenated and the whole topic will be with me always.

After few minutes I feel really sleepy but still continuing with my reading but after that I think it is not better to have this both on the sides as that read and sleep so it is better to have some sleep with my alarm on and then  read. During my studies I used to wear half pant and the tee shirt and for this I feel free and my concentration always stays with the time and I prefer to sleep from that posture so that I can again woke up and read and I do not want to waste any minute of time for this so I slept. I slept with both of my hands under the head with side on as I feel in this posture with hands touching my mind simultaneously, the mind can keep tack and save all the memory it has been getting back to it so far and also I prefer to keep the books open at the same posture as it can have some of the beliefs embedded within it that by getting into such posture and the books near by invisibly some memory will  be attracted to the books and after waking  up study will become more and more easier with the times.

If after waking up my head is on the open book then it for surer is the best for my examination and the results will be fantastic and praise worthy and for this as with open books all the letters and the knowledge will be streaming to my mind slowly and stipulate memory gatherings. It feels all the studies has been in conversation with me while I was at sleep and it is in my mind and it is storing slowly and after waking up all these will be mine and entire books and its learning will be easier , all these are sole of the fantastic thoughts but these are all what I used to believe for this.

Heat is back

In the recent times , after  few decent showers in the town of Puri , the scotching heat is back and for the last two days there are no rains at all and there is heavy sunshine and the heat generated from it. Due to the saline nature of this city on the banks of Bay of Bengal and with the flood of many floating populations due to the reasons of tourists, earnings and the mad persons seems to be the trends as with due course of time it  seems some families have left he mad persons here desirably. With each of the fifteen and twenty days there will be the new spell of person that is mad and they used to be laundering inside the streets. One such is one mad person who is throwing the stones to the public and one another are used to make fear at you by making many gestures.

With the saline climate inhibited here and the clouds hovering here and there without rain and it is making the life more difficult with continuous rise in the heat again after last few days of nice and cool climate. Sometimes the climates seem to be checking the air and that becomes many a times not bearable. The significant proportion of the city of Puri is been on the rise and the way it is feeling is great. Yesterday was the day when my beloved uncle passed away ten years back and that day seems to be very heavy day and for this I  along with my parents went to uncle’s house and some person have reached there.  There is some sort of get together and also longing for beloved uncle, who is always have the presence felt in our life even after so many years of not being here.

Met Pipi nani there , and also talked about a lot there and she taught me the basic tenets of marriage and how as a girl one should be tolerant to all these talks so that after few years there will be the merry and success of your marriage. She talked me a lot and also said to me I have to be tolerant and cool enough in these situations. The sheer talks with my cousin sister refresh me and also I have learned a plenty from her experiences.  It is now to be realized that how the life as a girl and soon to be married is going to be the more pressure. It is like that sort of ragging by the seniors and that has to be tolerated for quite a time so that in the long run it will give rich benefits.

May happiness rain

It is the month of August and it is at Puri the happiness of rain is pouring in and the sweetest sounds of rain are here. Everywhere there is the talk of scarcity of rain and this seems to be the drought on the way. With the high degree of shot fall in electricity and also load shedding, it is the feeling of drought that is crippling into mind from no where. It is also the normal tendency at Puri to have the rainy season from the month of August. With the advent of month of August the continuous rain and good rain is continuing and that is really the source of inspirations and to be great coincidence that this is going to be the wonderful rain season in the days to come.

In the days of electricity load shedding where we just used to be happy as we feel that with the inverter setting in our home the load shedding will reduce the price of electricity bill which is rising from no where. Now with the advent of rain today it only at the morning from eight to nine am the power cut and through out the day there is no load shedding. As usual the streets of Puri in the outer portions nearer to Hospital is full of water logging and with the advent of many small vendors in the vicinity there are lots of polythenes are laundering here and there and that is why the water logging and also other related  problems on the rise here. The sounds of the vehicles are reducing here as due to rain and water logging the two wheeled and also the four wheeled vehicles have been reduced only the passenger bus is roaming here and there.

The climate is understandably is fine and excellent and what better is that the humidity is reducing to its maxim and that is why the climate is making more happier and feeling lot smarter. Here, the humidity factor is always the worry factor and with the advent of excellent rain and that too the parallel rainy days like rain it is feeling nice here and the mind definitely wanting to sing from here .

Jumbo menace in border districts

Elephants menace and rages are now becoming the continuing problem in border districts and especially at Sundergarh and nearer to Rourkella .. They are coming out of adjacent states and frequently reaching to human habitats. They are damaging the crops and houses and injuring the humans. They have been driven away from that area in the past but they are reaching to that area time and again and making huge damages. The neighboring state forest officials are not allowing the elephants to return to their native place and that is why this herd of elephants is making havoc in and around the areas. From last year at least three persons have been killed and several houses and crops have been damaged through elephant menace. Experts says due to the availability of water, forest and food the elephants are changing the locations.

To add it the storages of “handia” , ripe jack fruit and food grains in tribal house holds are inducing  them to attack the houses. It is also more serious as the same herd is reaching out to outskirts of city of Rourkela and due to this the jumbo menace is really making the matter worse than ever think of it. The forest officials are now tracking the movements of this elephant herd which consists of four calves, four adolescent elephants, four adult females and their movement is closely monitored. This means are being taken into consideration in order to keep the elephants in the safer distance from that of locality and people. Due to the loss of natural habitats in the neighbouring states the animals are now fast becoming intrusive.

Load shedding will be minimized

Power cuts to be progressively minimized with the marginal to high yielding of water that is related tom hydro power generation. In Puri the yesterday the thirties day of this month of July situation was that the morning power cut from eight to nine is there and then no power cut through out the day and this has been due to the fact that for the last seven days there are instances of rain which is now seems to be in good quantity and for the water reservoir of hydro power plant. It is seen that the fixed power cuts has been lifted in some major cities and also district headquarters of the state and in the remaining sub urban areas there are instances of three hours of load shedding. Now in these suburban areas these have been restricted to two hours for the time being. One hour each in the morning and the night. This shortage of power in the evening time is 500MW and with the increasing of water in the reservoirs of Hirakud, Indrabati and Balimela that can be enough to attain the short fall in the deficit parameters of water and the electricity. With the good rain in the vicinity there is also plant to raise the production of electricity to seven hundred MW in the near future.

The Jharsuguda power units are expected to be back with grid within short span of time. That will help the state to lift the power cuts even during the evening hours. Most of the power grid is in the western part of the state and in the last few days in these areas there are quite a good amount of rain and for this the power crisis and the improvement in the grid situation and that is helping the state government to amend the load shedding. The water level in Rengali reservoir few days ago has very few waters and from Sunday the water level is on the rise and it is expected to generate more power as the water level is on the rise. The thermal power stations are also not being able to generate more power due to various reasons.

Puri to have super specialty hospital

A two hundred bed super specialty hospital to be established at Puri. This will be done in relation with the upcoming Nabakalebara of the Trinity in 2015. The hospital will have six intensive Care Unit with the state of the art facilities in built and this will be boon to the devotees. For the first phase of work fifteen cores has been sanctioned by the state government. There are many proposals as to where to build the hospital as according to some news reports the district jail adjacent to hospital will be shifted to Sipasarubali village under Brahmagiri Tehsil to make out the land for this state of the art medical college. All these have been discussed fully and the concerned letter has been given to Puri district administration. The chief district medical officer has been asked to prepare the report in this context to know the availability of the land in the concerned areas as mentioned. The shoe stand outside the Puri temple will not be auctioned this time as from now on this will be free and this service will be free for the devotees from now on and for this no auction now been taken . In earlier years there has been some concern on the auction of shoe stand from elite citizens of Puri town as they want it to be free as they think this could have been a great boon to devotees who are reaching here from far away lands to see the glimpse of Trinity. This has been the decision from the Municipal chairperson of Puri. The vice chairperson was entrusted with this mission to make it free for the devotees. The members are shocked at the gross irregularities I funds at the shoe stand during Car Festival  as the officials cannot present the statement of expenses incurred before the council.
